Dhanya Jacob

Dhanya Jacob is an Oral Health Therapist, graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2017, following which she has gained valuable experience working in private and community dental clinics in Adelaide and later moved to Melbourne in 2022. She has also previously completed Bachelor of Dental Surgery from India. Although she has a great passion for every aspect of dentistry, her specialty areas are children’s dentistry and treating gum diseases in all age groups.

She has a holistic approach to dental care and strives to provide evidence-based and customized care through continuing dental education and appropriate referrals. As part of our dental clinic in Wheelers Hill, she believes every individual deserves good oral health, with easy and affordable access to dental care and oral health awareness being key. Her empathetic and compassionate nature shines in her care for children and anxious patients, helping to ease their dental fear and build a positive attitude towards dental health for the future.

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys travelling, exploring new places, biking, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
